CUSTOMER REFUND POLICY
CTC-ARI Airports Ltd provides a 30-day return policy, applicable if the item remains unused and is in pristine, resalable condition. Refund requests will only be considered with the provision of the original receipt/proof of purchase. The company retains the right to reject refund requests.
Due to hygiene considerations, returns of hosiery, underwear, swimwear, worn or laundered clothes, food items, earrings, specific types of cosmetics, or other personal items are not accepted.
Additionally, returns of Liquor and Tobacco products are not accepted for reasons related to customs control.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method and currency as the original purchase or in the form of a voucher.
Please note that this policy excludes items purchased at a discounted price and is supplementary to the customer's statutory rights.
