Introduction
This selfie station is owned and operated by CTC-ARI Airports Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Cyprus Duty Free”). The Use of the selfie station is subject to these terms and conditions. By using the station, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.

The selfie station is provided "as is," and Cyprus Duty Free makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the selfie station or the information, content, materials, included on the station.

 

Use of the Selfie Station
The selfie station allows you to take a picture and receive it on your device by scanning the QR code displayed on the station's screen.

When using the selfie station, you will need to select language (Greek or English) to start the experience and choose from a selection of scenes, stickers, and stamps to customize your picture. After selecting your preferences, you will have 10 seconds to pose for the photo. The station will take four (4) separate pictures, and you will be able to choose your preferred picture.

Once you have selected your preferred picture and clicked "continue," the picture will be uploaded to our hosting service and made available for download. You will at this point be displayed with a QR code and be directed to a predetermined website where your picture will be available for you to download, share, or delete. Internet connectivity is required for this step.

If you decide that you no longer want the picture, you can select "No, New Photo" when prompted after the QR code is displayed to end the session.

Pictures are hosted temporarily on Amazon Web Services and are not shared with any other third parties. They are permanently deleted within 24 hours. 

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have saved the picture to your device before the 24-hour period has passed.

Cyprus Duty Free does not have any responsibility or liability if the picture is, due to technical reasons not uploaded to our hosting service and is not available for download.

Liability
Cyprus Duty Free reserves the right to terminate or limit your access to the selfie station at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

You indemnify and hold Cyprus Duty Free harmless from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from or in connection with your use or misuse of the selfie station or any violation by you of these Terms and Conditions.

 

User Responsibilities
You are not allowed to use the selfie station for any illegal or unethical purposes, including but not limited to the distribution of harmful or offensive content.

Cyprus Duty Free is not responsible for any harm to your phone or any other device that you use in connection with the selfie station. You use the station at your own risk.

The selfie station may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the station for any commercial and/or political purposes, including but not limited to advertising or promoting a product or service.

Privacy Policy
Cyprus Duty Free will not keep nor store and process any personal data besides the pictures taken which are stored for a period of 24 hours and then deleted. 

The use of personal data is governed by Cyprus Duty Free’s Privacy Policy.

 

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, or your use of the selfie station will be resolved by the Cyprus courts.
