The site www.cydutyfree.com is owned by CTC-ARI Airports Ltd, (hereinafter referred to as “Cyprus Duty Free”), having its registered office at Lambousas 1, 1095, Nicosia with Registration Number 133485 and registered VAT number 10133485M. The following terms and conditions will apply to your access, navigation, and use of the site, including the use of and purchase of products from the online store as well as participating in competitions of Cyprus Duty Free through social media.
The use of the site and any related purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions. Cyprus Duty Free reserves the right to make modification or revisions to our website and terms and conditions at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those terms and conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it may apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

2. GENERAL TERMS OF USAGE
The site can be used for personal and lawful use and according to the following terms and conditions. Information displayed on or products purchased from this site cannot be used for commercial purposes.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
Cyprus Duty Free is an Authorized retailer of the brands represented on the web store and physical store locations at LCA and PFO Airports.

3. LIABILITY
Cyprus Duty Free has taken all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, availability, security, correctness, and completeness of the information contained in this site and aims to make the site available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, Cyprus Duty Free does not provide any warranty for the proper functionality and accessibility of the site or for the full, accurate and up to-date nature of the content and data available on the site.
Products displayed in the online store are subject to availability. We will do our best to remove any products which have sold out at the earliest opportunity
The company might link to other websites maintained by other third parties or partners. These links are provided as a convenience and Cyprus Duty Free is not responsible for their content.
In the context of its transactions from the online store the liability of Cyprus Duty Free for any damage or loss arising from the cancellation, delay, or non-execution of orders will not exceed the value of said order.

The content of the website is the property of Cyprus Duty Free, its associate companies or partners and are protected by national and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
It is prohibited to reproduce, republish, copy or in any way communicate the content of this website without the approval of Cyprus Duty Free.

6. CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE
You may at any time create an account on the site for convenience purposes when placing a new order. You have full responsibility for the personal information included in this account. If your personal information changes after the creation of your account, it is your responsibility to update this information.
You can deactivate this account at any time by sending us an Account Deletion request using the contact us web form or by emailing to [email protected] or [email protected]. Your request for deletion will be fulfilled within 14 days and you will receive a notification upon deletion of the account.
Cyprus Duty Free reserves the right to delete the Account of any user for any reason and in case of misconduct by the user to maintain the details of the user and his/her account for future reference.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Cyprus Duty Free take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions and information are correct. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colors, textures or finishes of our products. What you see will depend on your computer equipment, screen or monitor and we are therefore unable to guarantee that a product’s images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to the Cancellation & Refunds section further below, if you are unhappy with your order.
We welcome your feedback in keeping the information on the website as correct and possible so if you notice any instances of false or incomplete information, please contact our customer service on the contact information given at the end of this document.

8. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Online store prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Cyprus Duty Free will put its best effort for the accurate pricing of products available on the site. Where a Product’s actual price on completion of the order is lower than that stated on the Site, we will charge you the lower amount. However, the company does not bear any responsibility and does not cover differences in the prices of products purchased from a physical store at the Larnaca or Paphos Airports and if you subsequently found the existence of a lower price in its online store or vice versa after the order has been processed.
In good faith and for your own protection, if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value, please mention the fact before placing your order by contacting the Customer Service Department at [email protected] or +357 24 841401
Cyprus Duty Free may replace, renew, withdraw, change the prices, or update the available products or any related promotions and discounts on the online store at any time without prior notice to the users.

9. PRODUCT PURCHASE

By making a purchase at the site you confirm that:

  • Are acting as a consumer and not in a business or professional capacity.
  • Place the order during the online shopping windows which are from one month before and up to 24 hours before your flight at Larnaca or 72 hours before your flight at Paphos.
  • Departing from or arriving to, Larnaca or Paphos Airport.
  • You provide accurate personal and flight information.
  • In the case that you are purchasing Alcohol products, you are at least 18 years of age

To place an order on the website:
(1) After entering the site, you will be able to navigate the site through the menu or product categories
(2) If you navigate to the Liquor section, you will need to enter your destination to determine your pricing and verify that you are over the age of 18.
(3) Products listed with “Add to Cart”, are available to be ordered online. Products listed with “More Options” can be accessed to make further selection (size, colour) before adding it to your cart. Products listed with “Read More” are out of stock and not currently available at the site.
(4) Once you have added all your purchases to your cart, you can click on your cart to review your items. You will have the option to update quantities or delete items at this stage. When you are satisfied with your items you can press ‘Checkout’. This will give you the option to ‘Log in’ (if you are previously registered on the Site), ‘Register’ or ‘Guest Check out’.
(5) If you login you will be brought to ‘Your Flight Details’ page, where you can reconfirm you destination, flight time and date and click on “Proceed to Billing”.
(6) You will then be brought to the ‘Billing address’ page where you must complete your credit or debit card billing address details.
(7) Upon pressing the “Confirm” button, your order will be completed, and you will receive an email by way of order confirmation. You will receive another email and SMS when your order is ready for collection with details of where to collect your order.
When necessary to contact you, we will use the contact information you used when placing the order. Please ensure that you advise us of any changes to your contact details.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Any email or acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not mean that we have accepted your order. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Cyprus Duty Free will take place when the transaction is processed, and you receive an Order Completion email. Up to that point we reserve the right, where necessary, not to accept your order for any reason.

11. PAYMENTS
Cyprus Duty Free determines the payment methods for the purchase of products through the online store and reserves the right to change the method of payment settlement and to add or modify the procedures, without notice, you will be informed about the current payment methods from the relevant posting in the online store before the conclusion of the respective contract.
The collection and processing of payment data submitted by you, is carried out only by the cooperating payment service provider which is solely responsible for their processing to complete the payment. Responsible for any problem which might arise when paying by credit card will be the payment service provider. Cyprus Duty Free does not store or process the data of your cards. Cyprus Duty Free is also entitled to reject the order or to withdraw from the sale at any time if it is ascertained or there is a possibility that there is any problem in relation to the card details.
You bear full and exclusive responsibility for the correct entry and completion of your card details in the payment system.

12. E-LOCKERS AND COLLECTION OF ORDER
You can collect your order at the E-lockers in the Larnaca and Paphos airports shopping area depending on your flight origin and destination declared when you placed your order.
The e-lockers will require a six-digit PIN that you will receive by email and SMS and in the case of departures flights, the scanning of your boarding pass.
The availability of E-locker locations for item/order pickup according to your Flight’s Origin and Destination is marked win an x in the below table:

A photographic proof of identify might be requested at the collection point if the E-lockers are for any reason not available. Please note that we do not deliver goods purchased online to any country.

13. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the present contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquire physical possession of the products purchased, or last product, lot or piece if the order relates to products or multiple lots or pieces delivered separately).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision with a clear, unequivocal statement (e.g., by a relevant letter to be sent to us by email or by contacting us by telephone to the contact details set our below). You may use the Standard Withdrawal Form (download here), though this is not mandatory.

Our Customer Service contact details which you may use for, inter alia, the purposes of communicating to us your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal, are the following:

In case you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal by telephone, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such withdrawal without undue delay (e.g., by e-mail).
To meet the timeframe for exercising your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the lapse of the 14-day timeframe.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, a full refund of the amount paid will be credited to the credit or debit card used during the payment process without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about your decision to withdraw.

Note that you must return the products to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the products before the lapse of the 14-day period. You will only bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling of the same other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

14. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right to withdrawal does not exist or lapses, as the case may be, in the case of contracts regarding:
• the delivery of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which, due to their nature, are, after delivery, in separately mixed with other items.
• the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or of sealed software if unsealed by you after delivery.
• the supply of goods made to customer specifications or clearly customized to personal needs;
• the supply of goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• the delivery of newspapers, journals, or magazines except for subscription contracts.

15. CANCELLATION OF FLIGHT & OTHER DELAYS
In the case of any cancelled flight, delayed flight, or any other amendment to or cancellation of your travel plans affecting your ability to collect any ordered products, we will arrange for a full refund or where applicable arrange for a different date for collection.
If you subsequently decide that you do not want any product that you have ordered, you have the right to cancel your order before your pickup date without providing any reason.
To cancel an order, you must inform Customer Service as follows:

b) by telephone at +357 24 841401

If you cancel an order, a full refund of the amount paid will be credited to the credit or debit card used during the payment process without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about your decision to cancel your order.

16. VOLUNTARY RETURNS POLICY
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal set out in paragraph 13, and subject to the exceptions mentioned in paragraph 14, we apply the following voluntary returns policy.
If you have already collected your order, we offer a 30- day returns policy, provided that the item has not been used and is in pristine, resalable condition. Requests for refund will be processed only if you provide the original receipt/proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse the refund of an item.
In the aforementioned case, you must return the goods to us at your cost by post or in person without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the date you have collected your product.
For reasons of hygiene, returns of hosiery, underwear, swimwear, worn or washed clothes, food items, earrings, some specific types of cosmetics or other personal items are not accepted.
Refunds can be executed only in the same payment method and currency used in the original purchase or in the form of a voucher.
This policy does not cover items purchased on discounted price and is in addition to the customer’s statutory rights.
In the case of any refund for any reason, the repayment in full of monies paid by you to us will be the maximum limit of our liability to you.

17. STATUTORY WARRANTY RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit your statutory warranty rights or any other statutory rights you might have as a consumer, that may not be excluded or in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

18. CUSTOMS REQUIREMENTS
Cyprus Duty Free does not accept any liability for your compliance or otherwise with local or international revenue requirements, any taxation obligations, or any other customs’ requirements that might apply to you and/or the products that you order.
You are advised to inform yourself prior to ordering any products through this website that the purchase of products will not put you in breach of any of your obligations related to revenue or other taxation liabilities or customs requirements.
All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT and duties where appropriate. We will charge you the applicable VAT and duties based on your ultimate destination as you have advised to us. Remember, you might be required to produce documentation to confirm your flight details, [including your boarding pass,] when you present to collect your products.

19. SERVICE DOWNTIME AND TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Cyprus Duty Free puts reasonable efforts in always making the service and website available to users. However, it reserves the right to make the service and/or website temporarily unavailable for any maintenance or upgrade required.
Cyprus Duty Free reserves the right to terminate the provision of the service and/or the website at any time without prior notice.

20. SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITIONS
Competitions ran via Cyprus Duty Free’s official social networking accounts (on Twitter, Facebook & Instagram) are open to everyone, unless the competition prize includes age-restricted items in which case entrants must be at 18 years of age or over.

Employees of Cyprus Duty Free are not eligible to enter.

Your address may be required to deliver the prize, and this information may need to be shared with a third party, e.g., a courier company. The winner may be required to participate in any publicity arising from or in connection with the competition.

To be entered into the competition, you must satisfy all conditions of entry as stated in the competition post. These conditions may differ per social network.

Entry is restricted to one entry per person per platform for each competition. The same person may enter more than once if entering via a different social network, except if otherwise stated in the actual competition. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries, or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted and will be disqualified. No entries from agents, third parties, organized groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.

Winners will be selected at random from all complete and correct entries, unless the entry conditions include an element of skill, in which case a winner will be chosen based on merit. This will be judged by Cyprus Duty Free, or contractors and the decision of the judge or judges is final.

The prize will be as stated in the original competition post/s, and there will be no cash alternative offered. Cyprus Duty Free reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Winner(s) will be announced on or contacted through the appropriate social networking platforms within a week of the closing date of the competition as specified in the original competition post. Cyprus Duty Free reserves the right to extend this deadline at any time.

Should Cyprus Duty Free be unable to contact the winner via these means, the prize will be awarded to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. If the prize is sent via courier or post office and the winner does not pick it up within 3 days, Cyprus Duty Free reserves the right to choose another winner again in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Neither the Promoter, its employees, agents nor anyone professionally connected to the competition, assume or accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever arising out of the competition for: any incorrect or inaccurate personal data entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this competition which may result in entries being lost or not properly registered or recorded; inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet; any injury or damage to entrants upon delivery and/or use of the prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate or amend the competition or any element thereof (including the terms and conditions) at any time without notice for any valid, technical, or commercial reason.

22. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of Cyprus courts.
